In this type of evaporator, liquid is pumped through heat exchanger tubes at high velocity avoiding precipitation and creating high turbulence; liquid passes through vapour separator for separation of vapour and finally condensing the vapour in the condenser.
Concentrated liquid is continuously discharged from bottom of vapour separator. Production from 300 to 2500 tons/day.

RB pumps provide the required water flow required to carry the fruits onto a conveyor for subsequent processing. Sometimes the water is slightly contaminated with broken parts of apples: channel impeller with high free passage is required.

The products are propelled trough the tank in a combination of water jets and bubbling undergoing a thorough washing or rinsing action. The washed product is then gently transferred to a flexible mesh belt being conveyed for further dewatering, processing or packaging. RC pumps provide the required water to wash fruits. Water is heavy contaminated with broken parts of fruits: vortex impeller with high free passage is required.

Cantilever pumps can be used to collect dirty hot oil coming from industrial fryers: solids particles will be delivered to the filters without pump’s clogging or mechanical seal failure. A key feature of cantilever pump is that there no bearings or bushings submerged therefore the pump can handle liquid with solids and operate dry.

The circulation pumps are one of the key points of the plant as they must ensure the movement of the product in heavy conditions, in terms of vacuum, viscosity and specific gravity of the product (in particular for the final product).

Our RC, thanks to vortex impeller, can work with dirty hot oil. Oil with suspended fine particles is recirculating through a heat exchanger or a filter with working temperature that can easily reach 190°C.

Pasteurization is a process, named after scientist Louis Pasteur, that applies heat to destroy pathogens in foods. The product is sterilized before packaging by a tube in tube heater or plate heat exchanger. The heating is done via superheated water instead of direct live steam to avoid thermal stress. The tube in tube technology provides uniform and reasonably quick heating because the product flows in a thick film allowing the thermal exchange on “two sides”.

Cleaning in Place (CIP) refers to the use of a mix of chemicals, heat and water used to clean machinery, vessels or pipe work without dismantling the plant. CIP is principally concerned with scales, foreign bodies or bacteria removal. Our RS pumps with body and impeller in casted AISI 316 (investment casting up to 8mm thickness) grant an high resistance against corrosion caused by caustic and acid solutions at high temperature. Thanks to semi-open impeller , RS can easily pump scales comining from the systems.
