Effluent tank re-circulation

Pump with channel impeller in super duplex SAF 2507 is able to work with very aggressive liquid. The effluent contains not only strong acid but also small particles coming from the leather treatment.

Liquid dosing in automatic dissolving system

The pump is installed in automatic dissolution unit. A robot automatically collects the keg and introduces it into the dissolution tank. A special mechanism rotates the bucket inside the tank avoiding any dispersion of dye. Recirculation dissolves the dye under PC control to get the proper cycle according with the type of dye used (input of temperature, dissolution time, solubility conditions) (input of temperature, dissolution time, solubility conditions). The pump transfers the dissolved recipe to the users. Pump has back-to-back seal arrangement to protect the mechanical seals from sticky liquid.

Fabrics washing unit

Several RSM pumps are installed in modular washing unit to rinse and neutralize fabrics after chemical processes. The hydraulic system is just as a continuous washing range with water flowing against the stream, indipendent water temperature controls in each kier, chemical dosing and possible vats separation to enable different chemical applications in the same cycle.
