This system utilizes unique biological sub-systems to reduce the initial weight of the waste by more than 90 % while producing a valuable and clean energy source in the form of bio-gas and Fertilizer for agriculture. Metals, plastics and glass (see picture) are automatically recovered from the waste before the biological treatment and sent for recycling.

    PET flakes are abrasive: pump’s body is in CA6NM with hardness around 350 HB.

    The pump is installed in automatic dissolution unit. A
    robot automatically collects the keg and introduces it
    into the dissolution tank. A special mechanism rotates
    the bucket inside the tank avoiding any dispersion of dye.
    Recirculation dissolves the dye under PC control to get the
    proper cycle according with the type of dye used (input of
    temperature, dissolution time, solubility conditions) (input
    of temperature, dissolution time, solubility conditions). The
    pump transfers the dissolved recipe to the users.
    Pump has back-to-back seal arrangement to protect the
    mechanical seals from sticky liquid

The tube in tube technology provides uniform and reasonably quick heating because the product flows in a thick film allowing the thermal exchange on “two sides”.

    Pasteurization is a process, named after scientist Louis Pasteur, that applies heat to destroy pathogens in foods. The tunnel pasteurizer is an automatic machine that is suitable for pasteurising and/or cooling the products that are previously packaged in containers made of glass, plastic and tin and of different size and shape. The thermal cycle (heating and/or cooling of the container) is performed in each tank by means of a shower of spray water through special nozzles positioned in the upper part of the machine. The water wets the containers and is then collected in the side tray where it is filtered and then returned to the high capacity sprayers by a centrifugal pump in order to repeat the thermal cycle once again.

    Pasteurization is a process, named after scientist Louis Pasteur, that applies heat to destroy pathogens in foods. The tunnel pasteurizer is an automatic machine that is suitable for pasteurising and/or cooling the products that are previously packaged in containers made of glass, plastic and tin and of different size and shape. The thermal cycle (heating and/or cooling of the container) is performed in each tank by means of a shower of spray water through special nozzles positioned in the upper part of the machine. The water wets the containers and is then collected in the side tray where it is filtered and then returned to the high capacity sprayers by a centrifugal pump in order to repeat the thermal cycle once again.
